Refund Policy for Tula Candles

Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tula Candles. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized candles.
    • Candles that have been used or partially burned.
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at tula@tulacandles.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  2. Shipping Costs:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at tula@tulacandles.com with details of the defect or damage.
  2. Exchange Process:

    • Upon approval, we will provide instructions for exchanging the item.
